E-learning

After each session you will be sent PDF guides covering everything you learnt that session.

You are very welcome to make notes too, but if you'd rather sit back, relax and take it all in then we have you covered!

You'll receive:

Week 1 - Birth Preference template & a helpful guide to use when making decisions about your birth.

Week 2 - A guide to pain relief, perineal massage & an aromatherapy guide.

Week 3 - A guide to breast feeding, bottle feeding and expressing.

Week 4 - Our 'Postnatal Plan' - this covers EVERYTHING you need when becoming parents (including safe sleeping, baby care, important checks you & your baby will be offered via the NHS and important things to remember to do to look after yourself!).

Friends for life!

Make friends for life that will help you through parenthood!

We create a WhatsApp group for you all to stay in touch after our course is over so you'll always have friends to meet for coffee or to text at 2am whilst you're up feeding your baby.
